Yan Lim is the CEO of iOli Communications Sdn Bhd, an award-winning PR agency that she founded in 2015 with the mission to empower and inspire female PR practitioners to excel in their careers while balancing their personal goals as women, particularly as working mothers. At iOli Comms, she currently leads a talented team in offering a range of advisory services from strategic communications, media management, stakeholders engagement including the government, digital strategies to on-ground activations - all designed to help brands and companies reach their desired communications outcomes. Under her leadership, iOli Comms has expanded across Malaysia and regional markets with a diverse set of clientele from various industries and scales.
